Who taught you this? Palm oil doesn't improve moisture; it repels water. Have you never heard that oil and water don't mix? Palm oil is an electrical insulator, not a conductor. It coats the earth rod and surrounding soil, reducing effective contact with the ground. So how exactly is that supposed to improve earthing? This is why the electrical industry in Nigeria needs better regulation and standards.

in which research was oil confirm to be effective in grounding.some one said the salt make the earthening rod corrosive.. funny enough u dont know it the break down of ions btw the cupper and the salt compound in the present of moisture that create the strong affinity for elecctrical discharge on the roof top...
