thank you it sounds really good.Id think if someone because they don't like pork could use any ground meat.It wouldn't taste the same ,but still would be yummy.

I like the fact that you didn’t use cinnamon stick. Some recipes I’ve seen calls for that. I used it once, and ended up throwing the sausage/ chorizo away. The cinnamon is all I could taste. Thank you for the recipe. I will be trying this one.
