Noooo heel inserts are the worst for this! I lived in repettos. If they are a little big it’s fine they won’t come off.

if you cut the string and burn the end it it’ll make it like an aglet just don’t cut too much off and be super careful 💋🎀

got ones that were too big for me as well. what worked was adding a thick insole (sports or orthopedic support) and a silicone heel insert. the silicone ones usually help keep flats from sliding off.
