@chevylaurent: Years ago, I walked into a fitness studio with no idea how much it would change my life. What started as a workout became friendships, opportunities, confidence, purpose, and eventually an entirely new career. And now, the studio that changed my life is closing. I haven't worked there for years, but the news still hit me hard. I taught thousands of rides there. Celebrated wins there. Cried with people there. Watched countless lives change one class at a time. And somewhere along the way, I changed mine too. As I've sat with this news over the past few days, I've been thinking about something: Sometimes we spend so much time trying to hold onto a chapter that we forget the entire purpose of that chapter was to prepare us for the next one. Because not every season is meant to last forever. 👉🏽Jobs change. 👉🏽Studios close. 👉🏽Relationships evolve. 👉🏽Seasons end. But the person you become inside those seasons stays with you. So while I'm feeling nostalgic today, I'm also incredibly grateful. 🖤For every ride. 🖤Every conversation. 🖤Every lesson. 🖤Every version of myself that was built within those walls. I've learned that when a chapter closes, life isn't always taking something away.Sometimes it's making space for what's next.A chapter can end, and your life can still expand.
