@ascendwithabby: I highly recommend listening to 4-8hz - these aren’t audibly heard, but they work beneath the surface to put your brain into a theta state. This is the ideal programmable state (my meditation has these layered within to induce theta within minutes 🎧). After the technique, write down everything you experienced - down to every last detail.
