Unpopular opinion: I don't feel the need to buy every new makeup product that hits the market. Now don't get me wrong, I absolutely try new things. My skin changes, my preferences change, and sometimes I'm on a mission to solve a very specific problem, so of course I'll do my research and see what's out there. But once I find something I genuinely love? I'm not out here breaking up with it just because a newer, shinier option showed up. Maybe it's because I'm a loyal person by nature. Friendships, relationships, makeup products... if you've proven yourself and made my life better, congratulations, you've earned a permanent spot. The beauty industry kind of thrives on convincing us that we're always one purchase away from something better. But let's be so for real... if a foundation has been making my skin look good for seven years, why am I suddenly supposed to believe it's trash because a new one launched last week? Most of the products in this routine have earned their spot. A few have changed over the years as my skin has changed, but for the most part, these are the products I keep coming back to again and again because they simply work. And maybe that's boring to some people. Maybe I should be chasing every viral launch and limited-edition release. But honestly? I'd rather spend my money on products I know I love than constantly gamble on the next
