It’s wild to me that both parties are so confident they won. I guess perception is reality. Blake may have had a right to make a complaint but Justin also has a right to defend himself. I guess what really matters is the court of public opinion and unfortunately for Blake, I think majority sides with Justin

I think this is a little misleading. Logically it doesn’t make sense that she would owe him for her suit against him when she filed hers first. The reason she gets the attorney’s fees is because he filed defamation against her after and is awarded because she won on that case. Sounds fair that he needs to pay those in accordance to 47.1. Fair is fair. Buuut the attorneys fees are only for his suit against her, which was for a short time, hadn’t gone to discovery yet, and was only a few motions on the docket. There is no way she reasonably needed a ton of attorneys/associates/paralegals and/or tons of hours to write a handful of motions. That’s where the video seems a little misleading. It’ll be interesting to see how it plays out though
