that looks like a smoked pork sauce ?? def not a bratwurst, those are white with a browned skin when cooked!! smoked pork sausages are more common for the netherlands and poland and you should heat them up by boiling them in the plastic first! but for germany i'd totally try mettwürst with white onion, currywurst (bratwurst with curry ketchup and seasoning), or bratwurst with saurkraut! or german potato salad / those gelatin meat slices !

U definitely need to butter the toast beforehand otherwise some paste on the toss kind of feels so dry & claggy. Plus as well if u have a thick paste it's a little tiny bit easier to spread when the toast is a little bit moist. But anyway love all of your videos well done congratulations 👏🏿🎉
