This is mine. 🔥 Brava Sauce Recipe: • 2 tbsp olive oil • 2 garlic cloves, sliced • ½ red onion, finely chopped • 1 tbsp smoked paprika • 1 tbsp hot paprika • 1 tsp dried chili flakes • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour • 1⅔ cups (400 ml) vegetable stock • Salt to taste Cook the garlic and onion until soft. Add the paprika, chili, and flour. Slowly whisk in the stock and simmer until thickened. Blend until smooth. Pour generously over crispy potatoes and enjoy with plenty of bread nearby.
