thats a dangerous generalisation, many avoidants are aware of their patterns and feel bad, even tho they can' take accountability yet. they may well regret losing you, they just can't help you or themselves. Never have and never will, I understand her decision, and I have looked into my flaws and done research on both ends to understand her more after the break up and myself, iam an avoident but definitely not what the avoidant that I see all over this app she broke up with me because of my avoidance and I’m working on it to better myself and be better for her even if she still doesn’t want me right now.
