Chicken in Tortilla Cups Mix 500 g diced chicken breast with paprika, black pepper, oregano, salt, and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Cook in a hot pan over high heat until the chicken releases and absorbs its juices. Once it starts to brown lightly, add 1 large chopped onion, 1 red bell pepper, and 1 green pepper, and sauté until softened. Stir in 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and cook for a few minutes until fragrant. Add 1 tea glass (about 100 ml) of sweet corn and 1 carton of cooking cream, then cook for another 2–3 minutes and remove from the heat. Cut and shape the tortillas as shown in the video. To seal them, mix 1 tablespoon of flour with 3–4 tablespoons of water and brush the mixture onto the edges. Fill the tortilla cups with the chicken mixture, top with grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese, and bake in a preheated oven until the cheese is melted and golden. #food #cooking #yemek #foodies #Recipe
