I also worked there as a trauma nurse. I was there before Orlando Health took over & let me tell you they are horrible. We went from having no patients as a charge nurse to 6 patients as a charge nurse!! I'm glad I no longer work there!!!!

Take it from someone who works in HR: HR exists primarily to protect the company, not the employees. One thing I can say is document document document everything!
