So the picture on the left was me when I first visited Mexico in Dec 2021. Just by walking literally everyday I could feel myself losing weight. I didn’t have a scale but my clothes weren’t as tight and you could physically see the weight loss in my face. The second picture was like 5 months later May 2022? No significant change in my diet.

He’s a man 🤪 and women’s health is not his specialty (women’s health in general has been neglected for decades). When I travel abroad, I lose so much weight just by walking. My doctor’s belief that weight training is a better option and walking doesn’t get the heart rate up etc etc 🤪 I mean I get it but I wouldn’t tell people not to walk. I’d say IN ADDITION TO…but he only knows what he knows.
