I returned to work just over a year ago and told my boss that we were starting IVF again. Just found out the transfer stuck. My boss was ecstatic for us. I’m very fortunate to have a supportive leadership team.

Just wait until you’re 4-5 months pregnant and see how things go. I’d ensure both me and my baby are healthy and keep this amazing little surprise to myself for now. 💕

You shouldn’t feel guilt or anxious about expanding your family. It’s a normal phase of life and your work should have processes in place to ensure there are enough resources to cover when you go on leave again. At the end of the day at most work places you are just a number and replaceable. Family first always 💗

I’ve told my work I was not gonna have any more babies after my first daughter was stillborn and I’ve had my rainbow baby but now I think we are gonna try again 👀
