@lostchefinsweden: Is this Sweden’s most underrated steak? This is flat steak, and honestly, I love it. In the U.S. we called it sirloin tip, and growing up it was one of the steaks we ate the most because it was affordable and packed with flavor. One thing I’ve noticed in Sweden is that people don’t seem to talk about this cut very much. Maybe I’m wrong, but for the price, I think it’s one of the best steaks you can buy. What do you think?
