@dr_edrobinson: Always remember to wear your SPF (every day), especially with the weather we’re having now 😎 it is the single most cost effective anti-ageing intervention you can make, while also protecting you from skin cancer. The sun definitely makes us all feel better but if you’re investing in your face, 90% of the signs of ageing come from sun exposure (specially UV). factor 30+ is ideal and it needs to be broad spectrum to cover UVA and UVB. #spf #sunscreeneveryday #skincaretips #skincare #sunexposure
I heard you have to reapply every few hours. What would happen if you don't reapply? I worry that reapplying sunscreen on dirty skin would cause acne. And if you don't reapply, is it just the same as not wearing it in the first place?

Recommend me a SPF that doesn’t cause me to have painful cystic acne and I’ll happily use it :)

is any of the damage reversible. or if it still doesn't show any damage, is it too late? I was not as good as I should have been with sunscreen as a child and teen. I hatet that sticky stuff my parents bought. it's much easier as I discovered more pleasant, but more expensive, products as an adult.

I was born in Spain and I am pasty white, all my siblings tan as they have my dads side of the family cuban skin and then I have my mums british skin 😂 I wear factor 50 and reapply every hour as I dont want to burn. My dad used to get so mad at me if I burned a little bit because as a child I had to have a lot of moles removed so he was always scared. I am like casper the ghost 😂
