@lygaiva: First time deadlifting in 6 weeks. The last time I pulled, my top set was 190kg for 3 reps. Right now, it’s important for me to keep showing up for myself and for my clients and my work, including the online side of it, because my default during difficult periods is to shut down and get stuck in a cycle of overthinking. I was genuinely dreading deadlifts today, but they actually felt really good. I stopped at 145kg because rebuilding isn’t about proving anything.
