They make mods on Mod.io that you can use to force companions to steal the identity of your Tavs. That's how my bsf and I do it when we romance each other's Tavs. ♡ Cute couple btw!

if you're playing on pc you can get the "kisses" mod by Cerberry on nexus and make them kiss (I have done this with all of mine and my friends tavs cause they're in looove)
