But we do know there weren’t any transitioned men in the stories, and it’s highly unlikely a Queen of Troy, formally of Sparta was black. We know the ancient Greeks didn’t wear armour that looked like bakerlite. We know the Greeks didn’t sail Viking long ships. Nolan can tell any story he likes, but shouldn’t be surprised if people choose not go to see the film.

Very simplistic take. why would an Ancient Greek wrote about anything other then the things and people around him. would the Scandinavians write about their heroes as being African i doubt it or the Mahabharata being written with western Europeans as the main characters.
