Sometimes, they’re simply surrounded by toys that are designed to grab their attention every few seconds. Flashing lights. Music. Buttons to press. The toy is doing all of the work. But when we offer simpler, open-ended resources, children get the chance to become the creator of the play. They can wonder, experiment, problem solve and use their imagination. A child’s ability to focus isn’t only about their temperament. Lego, the big ones, the legos today are all small and usually meant for adults to build, the ones that i have before are the big ones, it's in a bucket with different kinds of animals to copy from, there's no instructions on how to build, it's just printed on the bucket, so me as a kid, i need to figure it out myself, and the bricks are in different colors and shapes, after i tried to complete all of the animals on the photo, i tried build my own, my mom also loves buying board games and she teaches me how to draw, my dad really like cartoons as well and video games, it was sega at that time, playing robo cop and sonic, watching the old cartoons of transformers, it really develops my creative side and also to have fun
