@juz_tez: For two years, I gave everything I had to my job. I helped more than 1400 customers apply for credit cards, became the #1 credit producer in my region, received 35 awards from store and district leadership, was named Cashier of the Month 8 times, and was even recognized just 10 days before I was terminated. Then on October 25, 2025, I was fired. The company claims I used unauthorized markdowns for personal gain. My side of the story is that I was following the same process I had been trained to use from the very beginning.. long before any incentive program existed. I was never written up. Never disciplined. Never told the process was unauthorized. One day I was being recognized for my performance. The next day I was unemployed. I’m not asking anyone to automatically take my side. I’m simply asking people to listen to the facts and decide for themselves.
