Best sound advice I did that right out of Culinary School working for free my chef mentor in school told me that just to get your food in the door then out work everybody find out what the Executive Chef likes how his kitchen to be ran & the Chef flavor profile & have things ready when the chef comes in trust me he/she will notice the hard work you put in and then the sky is your limit
