@kymillmanf1: IT'S NOT RADAR! F1 doesn't catch pit-lane speeding with radar, it's all done with timing loops. The car gets recorded at points along pit lane and a simple calculation works out the speed. But cut the corner going in and you shorten the distance you travel, which can throw out a faulty reading. That's what I understand happened to Gasly at Monaco. #f1 #formula1 #monacogp
