@octavianwho: Zara has a new collection, the name is Latte Edit which I guess It’s because all of them have a milky creamy quality to them. I find that they missed the mark with Ube Latte, it’s a copy of every milky floral perfume in the last two years and they had the chance to make something unique. I like the other two and for the price It’s not bad but the longevity is lacking. The bottles are very much inspired by the egg shapes of Chanel hand cream and the No5 l’eau limited edition and Merit Beauty Retrospect perfume. Is It’s worth the money? The scent is far from what anyone would recognize as ube, and the spelling choice of “Ubbe” instead of “Ube” only adds to the disconnect. It comes across as a careless interpretation of a distinctly Filipino flavor, which some may see as disrespectful rather than appreciative.
