Can I ask how you diagnosed without fainting I was ruled out pots bc I didn’t faint and my heart wasn’t raising even tho it felt awful and painful and like it was thumping to slow or to fast if that makes sense idk if that is any symptoms but I am curious

hey so very off topic but I have the same bed sheets and stuff as you! also I have POTS have passed out 5 times and have had pre syncope episodes no joke more then probably 80 times and I hate it all the passing out and the not passing out

Bro I passed out for the first time a few weeks ago.Scared the crap out of my mom.For a while my grandma thought I was overdoing this illness thought I was being dramatic.Like anytime I’d mintion I was dizzy she’d look at me like I was lying.But ever since this day.It was so bad I was in an out of it for like an hour at least before I was ok.Had to get rushed to the hostpital and they spent idk how long in there.But I also hyperventilated cause I don’t like hostpital a.So scary home it never happened again😭✋🏼

I start dry heaving and then usually vomit. I think because I’ve ignored the signs to get my body help too many times that now it’s like girl we taking you out.

just had my first presyncope episode this morning and gen thought i was dying. I felt so nauseous and dizzy, then my hearing in one ear completely went out, i was getting cold flashes and then i couldn’t see like i kept blacking out then i would see color flashes it was so scary. After i was so dissociated and could barely walk properly. i’m still kinda derealized but omg
