People should show more compassion and stop blaming victims for the situations they’ve been pushed into. There should be more shame in how quickly humanity turns cold depending on who is suffering. May Allah ease the pain of everyone in those camps and bring relief to all those who are struggling and displaced. Too often, empathy becomes selective, and people only care when it affects their own side or their own families.
