No pay increase this year. Basically the same offer as previous. Lots of empty promises for the future which are meaningless given we will have a new health sec & PM in a few months time. VOTE NO

exam fees cover isn't a sticking point. it's been offered for several years but it's not worth a lot in comparison to a % pay rise. it also means royal colleges will suddenly be reliant on money from government. vote no.
