flex checks credit they don't accept everyone n you pay them a monthly fee as well Just a heads up but yes it is still convenient for some people to use no doubt

Even if you ask for the monthly total cost rental companies lie I’m currently in the situation. Before signing a lease I asked the current manager of the property what was all the cost aside from the rent I was given a break down. Fast forward living 5 months into my lease I’m paying additional cost not mentioned previously to signing lease

Is flex something you use by yourself on your end or does your property/apartment have to be involved checking to see if you can use it with them or not?

I would challenge spreading the concession over the term of the lease. Yes, it will lower your net effective. However, it would increase your net effective at renewal and that had the potential to take you from a 5% increase to an 11% increase. Just a thought.
