As an Epic-certified trainer, I feel this in my soul. Nothing quite compares to the joy of explaining the same thing 47 different ways, watching someone click the exact wrong button anyway, and then hearing, "Epic did it by itself." Truly a magical experience. Bonus points when someone proudly announces they've been doing it wrong for three years and nobody told them. 😂

I learned a loooooong time ago not to send any thank you replies in any way shape or form. NO ONE WANTS UNNECESSARY EMAILS, TEXTS, CHATS, ETC. You thank them in your original request, ahead of time! (I'm not bitter.)

my friend has a trucking company and has worked for the woman who founded Epic. the lady is extremely nitpicky about the materials she uses for her buildings. one time she had gotten bricks that were the wrong color, then donated them to the Sun Prairie, WI school system and bought the correct color bricks.
