Amon was never better lotm. He was only best error. Klein has always portrayed and had CW characteristics of all 3 pathways throughout story. Him larping being god=fool pathway. Him traveling around world=door. Him being sole exception and loophole in the system that speed run sequences=error. Even in fool's gambit him betting everything and going self destructive is like CW going against GA

i never understood people saying that Klein was selfish by not giving his uniqueness to Amon, I mean I completely understand Amon being a better beyonder and lotm candidate argument as I believe Amon to be smarter and more skilled than Klein, but who would trust or take the offer of someone called the god of lies and deceit when you have another choice

during the fool's gambit klein was objectively weaker, not only he had only one uniqueness while amon had both error and door ones, he has JUST become a seq 0 and had no time to stabilise his divinity and humanity cuz of amon's sudden invasion 😭✌️

Amon is the WORST ever candidate for being LoTM as all his anchors are he himself. Also, he is alive uniqueness, and that means he IS the part of CW's will (like, CW is LoTM and his will in every part of his path, so Amon is just Marauder part of it). To win against divinity, one has to have humanity (which is anchors whose idea of you helps you to take over the will)

throughout LOTM and COI we are told time and time again the best candidates for GOO are those with the strongest connection to their humanity with this is mind saying Amon is the better candidate is factually incorrect as he has no humanity he is a mythical creature from the get go

In essence, Amon is neither human nor a creature; he’s a cosmic concept evolved from the Creator’s deceit. He’s powerful because he doesn't need to act he is 100% the potion itself. But this advantage is also his downfall. It blocks his path to digesting potions and becoming LOTM. Klein has to act as The Fool, but as a human, he can adapt and act as LOTM too. For Amon, that's nearly impossible

Finally someone said it. In the Fool’s Gambit Amon outplayed both Klein and Evernight multiple times. It’s even stated that if Klein had hesitated on giving up himself for even an instant he would’ve lost immediately.

So just curious here I’ve recently made it into volume 6 of LOTM and don’t get me wrong here I’m enjoying it I’m only about 20 chapters into it and it’s very fun read but nothing has stood at as peak to me personally but to be fair my personal experience is effected by the fact I was spoiled on the big twist that happens if you know what I mean. But my question is, is there like a certain part of it that you’d classify as peak?

If you don't have enough humanity, there's no way you can ascend to a Pillar level, much less G. A or LOTM, as soon as you do, it'd just revive PGA or CW

I can't vote for Klein or Amon, both of them have their shortcomings and their advantages, if Amon used tfe humanity is Klein he would have won, Klein won like you said because he knew Amon wasn't going to sacrifice himself. both of them are equal and both are smart as hell.

Well, if we put them at their highest point at the end of book 1, i think amon has the upper hand, why? because he holds the authorities of two pathways, even though kline has the Safirah Castle, his acquisition over it is at the same level as amon ( if im not wrong ), because the reason he planned the fool's gambit was to awaken cw within himself to surpass amon in controlling the sefirot. only then could he have the upper hand in this Duel. i might be wrong but that's my point of view. So nerds correct me if I'm wrong

look if your read the full story you'd know that Klein being the fool was the best base for the Lord of mysteries. The existence of celestial worthy was also evident of that. Amon was only stronger but he won't be the stronger Lord of the mysteries but the fact we're even comparing a dual pathway God to a sole uniqueness true God?
