Dr, I had sleep issues for years and tried so many different medicines and supplements . im long off meds now and sleep great with a schedule and some great supplements. I always saw one pop up in some if the supplements with multiple ingredients, called Apigen. I know you probably heard of it and its just a flavonoid from Chamomile. Go figure it helps with sleep. Anyway, I started using it out of mixed supplements so I could regulate how much I take and besides, thosesupos only had a small amount. Anyway, sleep us great but since im a reader and researcher, I take NAD+ SubQ, NMN, NR, Trans-Resveratrol, trans-pterostilobene yada yada yada...so CHATGPT pointed out to ne that there have been some studies showing that Apigen has been shown to inhibit CD38. Have you heard about this???
