 recipe is olivia’s cuisine: preheat oven to 450°f. boil 1½ pounds baby gold potatoes in salted water for 5–10 minutes, until fork tender. drain and pat dry. mix ½ cup melted butter with 4 cloves minced garlic. season with salt and pepper. spread the potatoes and smash, 8 ounces sliced baby bella mushrooms, 2 large yellow onions (quartered and separated), and 12 ounces green beans on a greased sheet pan. drizzle with half of the garlic butter, toss to coat, and season with salt and pepper. roast for 20 minutes. season 1½ pounds skirt steak with salt and pepper. place it on top of the vegetables and drizzle with the remaining garlic butter. switch the oven to broil. broil for 4 minutes, flip the steak, then broil for another 4 minutes. let the steak rest for 5–10 minutes, then slice and serve with the vegetables. #EasyRecipe #DinnerIdeas #dinnerrecipes #healthyrecipe #sheetpandinner
