Oh absolutely I had it, it was very traumatic and fucked with my mental health, best I can say is plsss pls be patient with yourself, go at your own pace, there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with your body and you are NOT broken. If you are able to, speak to a professional, see if u can join groups on Reddit, a lot of women experience this it’s really just not spoken about enough.
