Dio had to consistently practice stopping time throughout part 3, so if jotaro went 10 years without fighting it would make sense why he can only stop time for <2 seconds

its not that he is weak its just that he isnt using his full potentinal your telling me in like 1 day in part 3 he increased his stop time ability in like 4 seconds and then he didnt use that ability for 10 years😭 like cmon didnt he think he would use that attack again in the future couldnt he train it just a lil bit like what is he doing, if he was actualy smart he couldve been so strong😭

Right after he unlocked ts he was able to stop it for 5 seconds... In part 4 he could only stop for 2.5 JOTARO GOT RUSTY HE WASN'T IN HIS PEAK CONDITION YET HE STILL HELPED ALOT

My jotaro is so goated but I’m tired of him and Joseph starting out being built like tanks and just deciding to stop maxxing their abilities after their big win like nothing else is coming. It’s just intentional araki nerfing
