As an old navy manager she definitely wasn’t supposed to give you your money back .The policy for the uniforms is if the uniforms is worn/faded you can get new ones but if it’s torn then you can’t.. but hey I guess it depends on what location you go to

I been doing this every year for the last 4 years.. always get the receipt emailed so you can have a copy to use the next following year.
