Hi ! Try to keep the head of the brush 5 sec on each teeth and cover the three surfaces (the one next to your cheek/next to your tongue/the one at the top) for each teeth. You’ll see an improvement !😋

You’re scrubbing too hard. An electric toothbrush brush should be moved from tooth to tooth gently. Let the brush head clean each tooth. You do not scrub like a manual toothbrush!! Also maybe floss if your gums are bleeding.
