Yes! Thank you for being so open. Ive been using a menstral cup and self emptying disk for like 12 years and saved so much money on top of it being healthier and honestly better un like every way. Also, boric acid works WAY better than antibiotics for BV with no side effects and costs less (but Dr's dont make money from it so they dont mention it)

Ok. I have PCOS too and endometriosis . I stopped wearing underwear like 20 years ago and never got another infection. Yeast infections were horrible before that but not a single one more after making that change. But,... my periods are horrendous. Like a scene from a serial killer massacre in my toilet. Super easy my whole life then made up for every one combined each time an that started shortly after having my 2 kids. No hair because I had laser . I'm on metformin and spirolactin -(spelled that one wrong ) Anyway,. I'll heading out now to find those period panties . Are you still on metformin? If so, how long?
