To me it’s how you handle it after the mistake, be accountable, be kind that someone needs time to think and accept what they respond with. I never lose respect if someone makes a mistake, everyone does 🤷♀️

Depends on the mistakes. If you constantly get yourself in bad situations then being a good person doesn’t excuse that. Especially if you expect people to be your village when all you do is cause stress.
