I love you Chris Voss but that’s not how it would go when talking about $10m esp into the $10s of millions. Investment banker here. A 35 percent delta without economic proof of how you arrive to that valuation, the other person walks 7 out of 10 times. Unless you have an amazing relationship with them in which case they would be upset with a 35 percent discount on their valuation. Love ya but just spitting facts sir. 🫡

I have a better one. A guy asks for 10million I give him 10million with zero hesitation and I seem so enthusiastic about it and rush it so much that he ends up getting what he at first wanted but now he feels disappointed because it seems to him it went too easy and he doubts his own price 😂
