The way that a lot of my tics (/weird repetitive movements) are actually just me trying to cope with chronic pain. I have given birth and my headaches are on par pain-wise with the second phase of labour.

Sadly even being diagnosed as a kid there's stuff you suppress, maybe internalize a little less or differently but it still happens. Nice haircut by the way!
