These are the memories that matter most 💛 I remember dancing around the kitchen with my babies while running on coffee and pure survival mode. I was bloated, tired, and frustrated because nothing seemed to help. A friend kept talking about Eat Like a Woman Protocol written by Loren Green so I gave it a chance. A few months later I was 31 lbs lighter with steady energy all day. My favourite one. Crazy how hidden this kind of knowledge feels.

My mom use to do these little dance parties with me when I was younger and as I got older she would do it with my younger siblings and try to get me to dance with them and I always was too cool, then I had my baby and started doing it with her. My baby is now going on 15 and i fear she may be too cool now but I still try because I’m going on 3 years now without my mom and at 34 what I would give to have one more dance party with her! I just know these babies will cherish those moments forever!
