I get a 30 minute- 1 hour breaks but I like 30 minutes because I’ll get paid more and for some reason the places closest to my job take 30 minutes to make anything, and it’s soggy and cold too so i know damn well they just played in my food

At my work you dont get a break if you work 6 hours or under, so you have to sneak a bag of chips behind the register when you get hungry/weak, and EVERY TIME there will be at least two customers notice and go "OH 😏 I didn't realise you were on your little lunch break behind the register there" all sarcasticly to sass us for being unprofessional cause we're eating.

i argued with my manager that my 15 min break starts when i get to the back room since the minors have to punch in their breaks time and the full 15 min without subtraction the 3 min it takes to get to the back room so everyone should follow that same format i won my argument
