📍 Location : @Royal Taj Restaurant , 2 Farm Side PI, Levenshulme, Manchester, M19 3BF ⭐ Rating : 9/10 💰 Pricing : £14.99 for adults, £7.99 for kids 👥 Staff : very friendly, funny & accommodating 🥇 Best thing : hard to choose but probably the lamb karahi with naan 🥴 Worst thing: nothing 🔁 Repeat? : 100% 🅿️ Parking : car park on the side • gol gappay - these were bangin, added the sauces on top from the salad bar & loved them! • seekh kebabs - if u know me u know seekh kebabs are one of my favourite things ever & i love when places get them right. Royal Taj was one of those places. The seekh kebabs were so so good • chapli kebab - these paired with the onions, solid 9/10, genuinely could have finished every last one • chicken roast - these chicken drumsticks literally tasted like the ones u get at weddings, absolutely loved these too & i hate chicken on the bone so that’s saying something • fish pakora - these were very flavourful, only thing id say is that they were more on the soft side rather than crunchy side but nonetheless still very yummy • chicken tikka - nothing else to say other than bangin • vegetable samosas - im not a huge samosa fan but these definitely made me think otherwise, so good! • vegetable spring rolls - i love a good spring roll & the ones from royal taj definitely did not disappoint, the perfect crunch to filling ratio • roast potatoes - these were really nice too, would be even better if they were more crispy than soft, but still very nice! • fries - ofc cannot go wrong with fries • pizza - i loved the pizza! it wasn’t too thick & not too thin either and the dough was very soft • naans - again, very soft, absolutely loved these! • biryani - im a huge rice fan so this was one thing i was looking forward too & it was so good but paired with the lamb karahi, it became a bangin 9/10 • chicken karahi - nice but just an average chicken karahi tbf • chicken achari - i was actually surprised with this, didn’t expect it to taste so good but i think this was better than the chicken karahi, a solid 9/10 • lamb karahi - this had to be the best curry out of all the ones i tried. the lamb was so tender and the actual curry was packed with flavour, just like the lamb curries u get at weddings! loved this so much! • pindiya - these were so good! reminded me of the pindiya cooked back in Pakistan, the flavours hit the spot • gulab jamun - i genuinely hate gulab jamuns & haven’t had them in years but I couldn’t help but try them at royal taj and this genuinely may have changed my opinion (I went back for a second one with ice cream) • jelly & ice creams - can’t go wrong with a bit of jelly & ice cream • mango lassi - absolutely bangin, needed with all that yummy food • gajrela & falooda - I didn’t try these but my mum did & gave them a 9/10 • sweet rice - again, I didn’t get to try this but my mum gave it an 8/10 #foodreviews #halalfoodmanchester #buffet #desifood #whattoeat
