The PERFECT Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift 1) Stand with your feet hip-width apart. 2) Hold the dumbbells in front of your thighs. 3) Push your hips back while keeping your shins mostly vertical. 4) Keep your neck neutral and your back flat. 5) Keep the dumbbells close to your legs as you lower them. 6) Lower until you feel a deep stretch in your hamstrings, then drive your hips forward to stand back up.
