Fashion advice: if your bottoms are loud and call for attention, a plain top is needed. Solid neutral color like white, black, cream, grey, and dark blue. No texture to the top or stripes, etc. It can be a tank top, T-shirt. polo, or button down (though button down may read too formal for the pants). Make those pants have a moment with a plain shirt on! Have fun!
