referencing the comment that the user made what they don't seem to understand is that yes, the sweet potato and rice paper are carbs, but the calorie content of those two items are extremely low, while the fiber content of the potato is high. People have become conviced that carbs are bad and that carbs make you fat, but it's calories. High volume of calories cause weight gain when they aren't being spent or converyed into energy.
