@hauntington: I traveled down kathadin Iron works road and was met by a sort of toll there 9 miles in and met some really nice folks there. They said they thought they had knew all the falls out that way. When i mentioned this one they didnt think it was there but i was welcome to look. Lidar data indicates a three-tiered just southeast of Horseshoe Pond with a cumulative drop of approximately 80 feet, with drops of 25, 25, and 20 feet respectively and cascades in between each tier. Probably seasonal since the drainage area of Bear Brook upstream from the falls is quite small and doesn't appear to originate in Horseshoe Pond itself.
