because milia are not like zits or cysts where the white part is squishy or liquid, it's very hard and solid so it can't squeeze through a small hole. you need a much larger hole to extract milia.

I just use a needle and barely poke it. It has like a hardened bit in there like a grain of sand. Once you get that out, it goes away.

Yea they’re so hard to remove yourself. I’ve developed milia and I’m going to make an appointment with a dermatologist to get them removed.

u need to GET IN THERE, either squeeze with ur fingers (ik ppl recommend against it but it works so maybe use cotton buds) or make the hole a bit bigger

I just did one with this method, but I used a hot compress to open it more after I used the lancet. So satisfying.

I got rid of mine with castor oil. it does take a few weeks, but they end up just rubbing off one day.
