Our PE teacher actually did keep track if our periods. You had to tell him when you had it even if you weren't trying to get out of class. He kept notes in his clipboard. I told him I hadn't got mine yet because eff all of that. Thsn when I turned 15 he called me in for a meeting concerned about my development.

I had my period for all of year nine sport classes. Luckily I scraped a pass but I think that was only because my dad and my PE teacher played footy together in ‘91. 😅

Ok but as someone with PCOS I sometimes have a day between the end of one period and the start of the next and sometimes have 90+ days between periods 🤷
