Cryptorchid bull. Has no nuts so low hormones leaves horns in velvet year round. Never sheds or mates.

I have seen it with white tail deer. We had one on our club that never would grow a proper rack. It never would lose its velvet. It was eventually harvested and taken to the Wildlife and Fisheries Service and they said it was bad genetics for this particular animal. It has both male and female reproductive organs. May not be the case with this one but that’s the only experience I have had with this.
